Trump has about 500 successful companies. What you mentioned would constitute a 1% failure rate.
I think of Chuck Woolery pushing Australian Pain Relief Cream and Fonzie pushing Reverse Mortgages. Neither of them own the Companies but the are using their fame to endorse the products.
I would assume the Company involved violated the Contract agreement since they didn't produce what they told Trump they were manufacturing, Kosher Vodka. (which I never heard of) All I remember is Manachevits (sic) Wine. LOL
