Politico + one of FRs local Trump-haters = another thread about blah-blah-blah.
When Cruz won Iowa, Trump supporters pointed out that it was about delegates, and in the grand scheme of things, Cruz' close win in Iowa wasn't that big a deal, that he would just be another Santorum.
Delegates do matter, and properly organized campaigns meet filing deadlines, line up good people at the state level, and see through the delegate selection process after the primary when appropriate.
A lot of the appeal of Trump was his self-funding and willingness to use his own resources and business acumen to do this properly.
He hasn't done that. The people he has on staff haven't done that.
If Trump can get his 1,237 delegates, and either seeks funding or uses his own to do it RIGHT, I'll go with him as the nominee, but he must be willing to "Go big or go home."

No argument with that Doc. In the remaining primaries, Trump does indeed have to 'up his game' and I believe he will.
