Trump’s getting trounced in Indiana
Politico ^

Posted on 04/09/2016 7:20:55 AM PDT by Durbin

Indiana hasn’t cast its ballots for president yet, but Donald Trump is already losing.

Republican Party insiders in the state will select 27 delegates to the national convention on Saturday, and Trump is assured to be nearly shut out of support, according to interviews with a dozen party leaders and officials involved in the delegate selection process. Anti-Trump sentiment runs hot among GOP leadership in Indiana, and it’s driving a virulent rejection of the mogul among likely delegates.

`Hoosiers Hating on Trump At The Polls’

Exactly.

All this work at getting delegates instead of voters only
counts on second ballot. It doesn’t matter how much that
delegate hates Trump. If his district votes for Trump
he is BOUND on the first ballot and MUST vote for Trump.

Trump will win on the FIRST ballot because he is collecting
VOTERS.

There is a Durbin from Canada who has been kicked off a couple of gardening forums that I’m aware of. He just wants to be contrary and argue with everyone about everything. Bet this is the same pos.

Yes, Cruz doesn’t need actual voters. He thinks that in the
General election he can just browbeat and buy electors.

Who needs the people’s votes..haha!

-- As stated above Rex Early isn't exactly an outsider. --

No party is a monolith. One would expect persons at the fringes, e.g., Jeff Sessions too. He often advocates positions that the party as whole is opposed to.

How so? If trump gets to 1237 there isn’t anything they can do to stop him.

He's endorsed Trump, further evidence that the party is not a monolith.

And there are those party members who have endorsed Cruz, or #NeverTrump (e.g., Romney).

Let me ask you, who are you voting for if Cruz is the GOP nominee?

Trump. Is that simple enough for you? I joined the GOP in 1959, I changed to Independent the day after Boehner pushed Obama's piggy bank spending bill through the House before the new members took their seats.

Very simple. Trump isn’t going to win on write-ins and as a third party candidate he would be 2016’s Ross Perot.

I commented on the article and how Trump supporters can’t assume the content is inaccurate just because they don’t like it.

And you posted a graphic of Trumps lead in the delegate count and that Cruz doesn’t have a chance.

Completely different topic and if you can’t admit that you’re either a liar or an imbecile.

When do you think the MSM will blow Ted up with the adultery stuff they have in the bullpen?

Maybe it’ll be the day after he’s awarded the nomination? Or maybe they’ll wait a week so it’s harder for the GOP to insert an emergency replacement?

Chgogal // “this is the first time in history where the Republican Party is PURPOSEFULLY trying to thwart the Front Runner.”

Durbin // Sorry. That’s just simply not true.

No it isn't, Ronald Reagan being an obvious example, but this may be the first time it was so blatantly obvious to the voter because of the internet and 24/7 propaganda from the MSM.

How many voters knew a candidate could win a state and not get one delegate? Fact the Democrat Super delegate cr@p is in place to deny the people from having a choice and the Pubbies are just as dishonest, just less obvious.

Down with the UniParty before it is too late.

“It’s called a ground game.”

It is called having the GOPe machine working for you. You get it by selling out to the Washington insiders.

Exactly!! How did you figure this out? Trumpers are supposed to be too stupid to know this.
