If papa Cruz was a Canadian at the time of Rafael’s birth, and his wife migrated to Canada at the same time, how do we know that mama Cruz is not also Canadian? Cruzer’s can’t answer that because Cruz sealed all records. How can anyone fall for that huckster of evil and deception? It is also funny how it seems I’m the only one to bring up the Supreme Court ruling in Rogers v. Bellei 401 U.S. 815 (1971), a case where the birth circumstances (child was born to American mother and Foreign Father in Italy) were identical to those of Cruz). Anyone reading that would know that Cruz (at best) is a naturalized citizen and therefore ineligible to run for the office of President. Oh well!
Only a court can seal a record. An indvidual can’t do that. Any record that was sealed by a court can be unsealed by a court. Ted Cruz’s government records can be released under Freedom of Information Act requests.
The privacy of Ted Cruz’s records is protected in the same way that any other person’s records are private and confidential.
