partially...he has gone to Hades to await the FINAL judgment (called the “Great White Throne” judgment)—the throwing into the lake of fire (a place prepared for the devil and his own), described in Revelation 20:11-15, which will occur after the Millennial Reign of Christ on this earth.
How do you know where his soul is.
Maybe he was saved decades ago. And is now here as an example of suffering for Christ’s sake, at a request that is not being made by many others who had family in the camps.
He’s had 70 years.
Could have repented and come to Christ.
If he accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior then he will go before the Bema Seat of Christ.
