I have said this again and again until it sticks: A Trump-Cruz alliance is the way to preempt the Romney / Rove devices. My suspicion is that a lot of the 200 delegates mentioned in the article are supporters of neither of our guys.
Anyone know if a delegate can abstain in the first round?

A Trump-Cruz alliance is the way to preempt the Romney / Rove devices. I doubt Trump and Cruz will be having tea and crumpets anytime soon, but the campaign managers have to view having control of the rules making as crucial.
