Rule 23 seems to indicate that challenges have to be filed 30 days before the Convention convenes. Trump supporters in Tenn have charged some skullduggery in the state party naming of delegates.
Rule 16 is quite long and detailed but it would be a good read for anyone interested in delegate selection, binding, and other issues regarding delegates. Just as an example, the issue of a rouge delegate attempting to vote contrary to his legal obligation is addressed.
