I have not been in the (very large) camp of those who say Obama won't instruct Lynch to indict. Obama's goal is to maintain control of the Democrat party, and continue directing the "transformation". He cannot do this with the Clintons back in the WH. An indictment is the only way for him to control Hillary. Plea-bargain will ensue, thus enabling the sealing of troublesome documents.
Obama cares not a whit that a Republican may occupy the White House, a community organizer does his best work when the opposition is in power. This statement is telegraphing the punch, and rest assured, it is choreographed. Obama is doing nothing to stop Comey-it's a sign.
Look for an indictment, and a plea-bargain. Hillary out of the way, party belongs to Obama.
I agree. The Obama/Jarrett Chi-town bolsheviks have no intention of turning the reins over to the Little Rock thugs. They will do just as much damage to Hillary as necessary to keep her out. But they don't want to damage the party brand too much in doing so. That is why the slow, gradual escalation of heat under Hillary. They hope she eventually makes the move herself, saving them from putting fingerprints on the trigger.
However, Hillary is driven to seek power in the way a moth seeks the flame. She cannot turn away even to save herself. There will be a monumental clash if Hillary doesn't take the increasingly blunt 'hints'.
Since neither side wants this ultimate clash, I see a possible deal in Jarrett/Obama giving Hillary a pass in return for J/O selecting the running mate along with certain staff.. Thus, Chicago has their sleeper agents in place for when, I further speculate, Hillary does not serve more than half of her first term.
