None of these laws are enforceable, unless they are willing to have a police officer at the entrance to all bathrooms checking ID cards, and directing the holder to the room designated for his/her sex.
All such laws invite unlawful arrest and/or litigation.
Assault is already a crime. How about making laws about actions?

And not every trans woman looks like John Lithgow in World According to Garp. There's trannies these days with full beards who'd likely get their asses kicked if they were caught using the bathroom in accordance to the sex on their driver's license.

I think these laws are enforceable. I also think the action of a man intentionally entering a women’s facility be it locker room or rest room is action enough for enforcement. You don’t need a cop at every restroom just like you don’t need a cop at every stop sign catching people running through it. You selectively enforce. And it’s not going to take the gender police to alert the authorities on who’s who. The radicals will proudly stand up and say what they are as they provoke and attempt to intimidate society. Defining deviancy down is not the answer.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Your “laws are not enforceable” argument is fallacious.
There are laws against breaking and entering, for instance, yet we don’t expect a policeman to be present at every structure.
The “perfect enforcement” argument you present is the same one used by every single leftist who wants to eliminate punishment for their chosen crime.
Laws were never really meant to be preventative measures, as anyone who has suffered from an arson or a B&E can tell you. Only low-level unthinking leftists think you can prevent crime by making more laws.
The laws are on the books for punitive purposes. You do X, X is bad, you get Y punishment.
Now we’ve gotten to the point where .03% of the population wants to do X and not have it called “bad”, and must convince 3% to 5% of the population (i.e., the elitists in charge) that indeed, X is not bad, X is good, X is great, X is WONDERFUL, X is COURAGEOUS, and if you think X is bad you’re a BIGOT X-HATER WHO SHOULD BE PUNISHED!
