Sure, publishing a newspaper takes time. You have to write the stories, layout the pages, get it printed, and ship copies of the newspaper all over the country.
How long do you think that takes? Is it really even remotely possible that the current edition of the National Enquirer didn't exist prior to Tuesday?
NY times probably 5 times the volume of NE is published, printed and delivered worldwide overnight. Wisconsin polling goes back a couple weeks, everyone new the outcome.
