Why did it take Cruz over a week to say he has always been faithful to his wife?
I would have said that on day one.
Why couldn’t the principled conservative Christian say that instead of having Carly Fiorina jump in like a mangy dog to comment, and then Cruz deflected the question yet again.
Of course, Cruz said it the night before the WI primaries—how convenient—on Megyn Kelly’s townhall.
Cruz and Heidi are not the paragons of virtue you think they are. They are running one of the sleaziest campaigns in modern memory. And Cruz is willing to subvert the process in order to gain the nomination at the bidding of his GOP-e masters.
Or so he thinks. He is so smart he is blind to the fact that he is being used and will be discarded once he accomplishes the goal of blunting Trump for the first ballot.
The infusion of the Bushes into the Cruz campaign is a telltale sign of where his allegiances lie. No thanks to that. And having Neil Bush handle your finances—that is a special kind of stupid.
At least with Trump what you see is what you get—warts and all. I just want Ted to stop lyin’ about it.

it amazes me how Strumpets think adultery is okay as long as you brag about it and admit it in your books and run for president and accuse others of it, too
I believe none of this should be in print without proof. But that said I believe in truth also and NE not only nailed Edwards, but Tiger Woods, Hart, Jessie Jackson etc. So I will wait for proof to suppose story is true until that nonstory to me. And I won’t lie and say NE only got one story right.
So what? Cruz doesn't play the game his detractors expect him to play. When he called out the NE on that smear the day they spewed it nearly two weeks ago, some were squawking about how he "protested too much."
I get that Trump supporters despise any candidate other than Trump. But I will tell you this.. the more Trump's people (and NE publisher David Pecker is one of his most ardent backers) throw unfounded rumors out there about Cruz or any other candidate, the more it diminishes yours. One would think your side would've gotten that message after Wisconsin.
So.. propagate the lies about Cruz all you want. Informed, critical-thinking voters don't allow Twitter, Gateway Pundit, Conservative Treehouse or the detestable National Enquirer inform their knowledge and opinions.
