How come the people of North Dakota don’t get to vote? Only the party elites of North Dakota get a say. Perhaps in 2020 the GOPe will set up the nomination process this way. No more primaries or caucuses. Instead, “state conventions” where only the party elites of each State and territory will have a say.
So, let me ask a question of Cruz supporters, what happens if Kasich wins the nomination at the convention and not Cruz?
