Well, I was in a gas station and a mother and son walked in and asked if they took EBT. The guy said no, so they split. That probably doesn’t answer your question.
Imagine how much better your neighborhood would be if your local government could somehow make it as tough to get an EBT processing approval as they do to get a liquor license.
