Looks like this was started by the Cossacks. They were there in high numbers waiting for the Bandidos to show up then the shooting starts not long after. I got a lot out of the video below. That video you posted is very helpful in determining what some of the bikers were doing and in what sequence. The commentary, which sounds like police interviewing a witness is also interesting.

Much as I love dogs, the old saying is apropos lie down with dogs, get up with fleas, although too many did not get up. Stupid senseless! The Bandidos vs. the Cossacks. The Bloods vs. the Crips. The North Side Irish vs. the South Side Italian. I find it hard to have much sympathy with any criminal gangs when they are engaging in turf wars.
