Diebold isn’t the only one. In TX, and, IIRC, Indiana, plus other states ivotronics have flipped votes. I think Indiana ditched them.
This isn’t a new problem either.

Yes we ditched them in 2012. 200+page report by SoS when the machines were decertified. Knowing who was still was using we watched BO steal the election as those counties came in. Late of course. Since the report was distributed one must conclude that the states still using are with the approval of the GOPee
