I have a New York question. I read that in 2015 the NY GOP changed the way they select delegates. The candidates no longer do it, but the state GOP does. Sort of rewarding those who work for the party.

These delegates are basically free agents (although remember chosen by the GOP) and it is up to the candidates to woo them to get their vote for the convention.

So the delegate count for the primary does what?

Unfortunately I have no idea about this but it would not surprise me. New York State is corrupt through and through.

That is why we need Trump!!!
