Gads, I hope not. Like I posted earlier, I hope there was a contract and Trump had the right to review and edit the final product from Fox before it was released and that he had the right to use footage however he chose.
Everyone films the rallies, so I don’t think anyone owns the IP (e.g., copyright) on those; however, personal interviews and filming would require a personal release form (I would require one and reserve the right to edit the other party’s standard release).
