nik. Dear friend. How easy it is to get down when you are in a polluted swamp. we all do much better by NOT dwelling on TV.. there are only a couple honest media journalists out there. The rest are cheerleaders and PR people for Cruz and Hill. And most of the other threads here at FR, even though initially innocuous, will be populated quickly by attack dogs..

Best to read a book, drink wine and get a massage and definitely hang here..

Im about ready to do my weekly detox bath.. that is 45 minutes in hot, water with oils, salts etc. No massage (dang) but there will be wine.. and my batchelorette meal...
