I thought it was great that Trump won Ryan’s hometown, especially with all the negative ads and the huge Walker/Ryan organization in place across WI.
Just saw this article - Trump is going to start giving policy speeches. The article indicates that he and Dr. Ben speak from time to time and that they discussed potential SCOTUS nominees and Ben is very happy with Trump’s picks.
From the WaPo article:
“Among the topics he will discuss are how to strengthen the
nation’s military, specific education reforms and the criteria by which a President Trump would select Supreme Court justices.
The campaign hopes to stage those speeches in settings such as economic clubs in various cities and possibly the National Press Club in Washington, Lewandowski said.”

Trump said earlier he was going to ask Heritage foundation for a list of potential jurists?. Maybe Ben is just going to check over them ?
Dobbs and Newt were talking about Trump doing the Policy speeches. Newt was in agreement that it was a good thing. Dobbs says he really had to give Trump credit for discussing issues even though most of the media claims he doesn’t talk anything of substance. Newt said his speech to the Jewish crowd (sorry I can’t remember the initials off hand) was VERY good! He said he was hoping Trump would begin the policy speeches then to get a jump on it. Newt and Dodds discussing issues are really a good pair.

Gingrich suggested as much on Hannity last week. Think Trump don’t take counsel...he listens and incorporates new ideas into his learning curve.

Carson and Trump are reminding me of Pumpkin to Seabiscuit - I hope we’ll see much more of Ben.
