John, Newt Gingrich is saying exactly what you said above just now on Hannity! I would take to the bank that both of you are correct. There are only two candidates who can get the nomination, Trump and Cruz! Newt doesn’t believe that there is any technical way for the GOPe to twist the convention around to “their guy” whomever “their guy” might be!

That would be amazing, but I really can't see that happening. I really think Cruz is convinced that if he doesn't get enough delegates on the first vote, the GOPe will love him enough for stopping Trump to get it himself on the second. It's delusional.
...Now there is the chance that Cruz is a masterful, Machiavellian genius, and will collude with Trump just before the convention. I guess we'll see...
