This stuff is laughable. How anyone can fantasize that a sitting senator is an anti-establishment outsider is beyond me.
Well... he's not a Muslim, which many of the establishment insiders are.
I guess it all depends on one's point of view.

What I don’t get is how is someone that paid politicians for decades is an outsider. By that logic Valerie Jaret is an outsider because she has never held elected office.
From Texas, no less, where anyone who doesn't bow before the majors in the Oil Biddness can't even get on the ballot. Of course, Ted being against ethanol was a "principled stand" and had nothing whatsoever to do with his being from Texas.
Then the term “anti-establishment” is useless, because you’re saying as soon as the most anti-establishment person in the world gets elected to office, he’s now part of the establishment.
Why use the term then? The whole point of any political movement is to get the people you agree with elected to office.
