How exactly does the Donald “inherit” a sustantial portion of Kasich’s delegates.

State rules I heard are that if he drops out they go to the number 2, who is Trump.

Note that I am not a believer in polls but I do NOT believe Kasich’s delegates will sweep to Cruz.

There are other data points that support Trump receiving a boost if Kasich were to drop out.
