Things that are just wrong

• Changing the rules after the primary contests have occurred
• Having delegates appointed by he party apparatus instead of through primary votes
• Stacking the delegates for a candidate with delegates that are not for that candidate
• Caucuses that are highly manipulated instead of primaries.

The rule is that the new rules get written at the convention mostly by the new delegates.

That is the basic rule. It isn’t changing.

But if you like the old rules, then you must like rule 40.

If you want to keep rule 40, then the Trump and Cruz delegates can insure that no one walks out of that convention with the nomination except one of the two of them.
