Your vote entitles you to the first ballot at the convention. Nothing more. Lest you forget you voted in the Republican universe.
That was implicit when you voted in a Republican primary and consented to the rules of the party.
If you didn't like it you should have abstained from voting or voted third party.
You don't understand conventions. Candidates attempting to sway the delegates is how they have always operated. Unless the law in your state binds the delegates to vote a certain way, they are free agents, free to be lobbied by anyone. Both you and your candidate have the right to lobby the delegates or support people to run as delegates.
Very few states bind their delegates beyond the first ballot, because if a majority winner isn't found on the first ballot, some delegates will HAVE to change their vote to produce one on the second.
