What about the will of the people that aren't voting for Trump? I ask this because each state has its own say. And other than Utah, there's been no state where ANY candidate has taken over 50% of the vote.
That suggest that a mere plurality exists when voting - not a majority. Now that it's mostly head to head with Kasich doing his favorite, "can't we all get along," speech over there, we're going to see. And it doesn't look like any candidate will get that majority in Wisconsin either.
