If it’s true, maybe it has something to do with all the stories about how the establishment is planning manipulating the nomination if Trump doesn’t come in with 1237, and even trying to take it away from him if he does get to 1237 before the convention.
People don’t like being told who they should vote for, and that their betters will steal the nomination if necessary.
