This ensures that delegates stay true to the voters’ wishes even when they are unbound. If the GOP had any integrity, that is how every state delegate would be chosen.

Your comment should be directed at the local GOP parties. They are the ones with the power to set the rules to allow full handpicked delegates by candidates.

California does it. So can the others.
