I have not seen too many historical family pictures
The story of widowed immigrant grandmother who flipped houses to survive, sent her oldest son, Fred to trade school so he could help raise and educate the younger Fred turned that meager family business that his mother started into a multimillion dollar real estate business Used it to train his son who expanded it to become a muktibillionaire! That is the real story of the American Dream —on steroids.
I wish someone would make an add of THAT.
It blows away -my father was a postman and the poor immigrant cards
that was a wonderful movie.- for many reasons (one hundred Foot Journey).. Being a lover of both French and Indian cuisine, it really resonated in that manner also..Loved the story of work and struggle and overcoming prejudice.. the gentle love stories.. the beautiful cinematography.
Burnt was also a great movie and personality struggle.. Julie and Julia was a fun movie but from what I understand didn’t really reveal the nastiness that Julia was in true life at times.
Chef and The Chef were also very good NIKK
Yes, I remain a cinema buff.
It’s in a storage area or unfinished office space
I haven’t listened to Rush lately either. I wanted to tune in to find out what he had to say about the Cruz/affairs/Amanda, matching tats, etc. but didn’t want to get my blood pressure too high. Does anyone know if Rush had anything to say about Cruz and his lady issues, especially the Daily Mail interview where he allowed Carly to jump in so he very obviously did not answer the question?
Very good ad! Thanks for sharing!
no kidding!
guess we have about half an hour to go? which means usually and hour or moe. :-)
I don’t know anything about that. Rather than listening, as I mentioned I sometimes go to his site and see what the topics are. I often just look at the headings and read the paragraph under. If I do click on the article, I often peruse it quickly - he can be quite repetitive. I don’t have his 24/7 thing, but the stories for the day are usually up later in the afternoon and stay up until the new ones are posted the next day.

I signed up for Rush 24/7 a few months ago - just before he didn’t bother to tell us about the Rubio connection to Murdoch and the open borders group. That ticked me off and I’ve only been listening the odd time - but his Cruz devotion and anti-Trump overtones have been very disappointing.
I figure his brother’s love for Cruz is what has influenced Rush. I just don’t get it, as Cruz seems so obviously slimy and deceitful - ugh...just the sound of Cruz’s voice makes me cringe.
Best recharge the batteries

Trump apparently hired Paul Manafort, the best in the business, for delegates but damn Cruz is slithering all over the country stealing votes. Will Paul be able to catch up?
Good morning!
Just got here and watched that video.
What a way to start my day!
Needs to go viral indeed. I’m Tweeting it out to help.
Thanks for the link!
I thought Trump was smarter than all the rest of them put together. This information is just so disappointing.
His plane had a name as I recall could be your trivia question. :)
Knowing the slime in politics isn’t something to be proud of. Trump is smart in the real world of business and making deals but to know the back door deals of underhand stuff politicians do so often use isn’t for the regular guy. It seems the more nasty the so called better politician. One has to get down in the gutter to see whats coming these days. With Trump we are ALL seeing so much more that goes into winning and its not pretty.
Trump is smarter than all the rest put together.
And Cruz is sneaker, slimier, and more evil than all the rest put together.
Not decided where I’m staying yet. I know the start of Route 66 is downtown but hesitant since I’ll be alone. I’m not a city person....hate crowds and such.
Never heard of the Architectural tour; that definitely sounds interesting!
Just came across this article and vid
Within hours of learning of Trumps Superior rally, anti-Trump protesters prepare #DumpTrump rally
Slimy is right! On Twitter
The Cruz Crew is celebrating his banana Republic tactics stealing Trumps Arizona delegates.http://www.washingtonexaminer.com/cruz-snaring-trumps-arizona-delegates/article/2587556#.VwJ-SnAD8Jw.twitter
Nik.. you need to visit there while she is there and be her tour guide/protector! Always fun to meet fellow patriots when possible.
When I do road trips I rarely have an agenda or preplan.. Like to just see what unfolds along the way. After the fact when my pix are on FB my friends chastise me for not letting them know I was n area or visiting with them a few days.
The times I do make plans and follow through - well always fun.
I am rather dreading my next long trips as it will be emotionally hard. For most of my life I have had a pet to travel with.. dogs of course being a bit more interesting than the kitties. Had dog travel companions for 15 years.. never felt afraid. between them and packing.. well just never gave safety a second thought.
I took my two dogs with me essentially EVERYWHERE the past 10 years.. even now it is empty to the gut to get in van and see that empty front seat and empty back seat.
