Here in the Knoxville area I was listening to a talk show this afternoon — Hallorin Hilton Hill. He was interviewing the head of the TN Republican Party. The guy didn’t know: (1) how many delegates are required to become the nominee (”around 1200”, he said), or when the Cleveland convention will be held (”sometime in July”).
When we regular Joes know more about what’s going on in the Republican Party than one of the heads of the Republican Party knows, there’s a problem.
Of course, here in TN the GOP is stealing Trump votes for Cruz. I’m terribly pissed and discouraged.

I am just starting to watch the rally because I wanted to see what Vicki McKenna, a WI radio talker, had to say on Anderson Cooper’s show. She started by trashing Sarah Palin’s speech and then dumped all over Trump for not spending enough time and not understanding WI. And she’s usually pretty “right”, at least before she came down with a bad case of TDS.
So tomorrow will really be a referendum on how the new Trump Way fares against the traditional “retail politics”, aka “ground game” aka knocking on doors, phone banks, etc.
I hope Trump wins for many reasons but boy, if he can show them how wrong they are for denigrating his methods, that will be sweet!
The Trump “theme song” that is on now....I find myself trying to transpose it so it can be played by cello (yeah, Im an old cellist-—but Inever got the Guitar fever).
I just think that tune would sound fantastic done on a cello......
