He also does well where he can cheat.

It's not Ted Cruz cheating. It's the GOP leadership writing rules that are designed for the purpose of giving the party control, and then Ted Cruz using those rules to his advantage. It's not cheating when you bluff successfully in poker, and it's not cheating when you win a caucus by getting more supporters there than the other candidates get. That's playing by the rules. [It is cheating if you count the votes dishonestly like the democrats do, but as far as I know that didn't happen in ND]

I'm happy as long as the delegates were chosen by Cruz or Trump, and not by Kasich or his supporters. If Trump and Cruz have a combined 80% of the delegates a week before the convention, that will be the time for deals. Cruz will have a strong hand, and Trump will have an even stronger hand. As long as they both understand they're going into a crooked casino, I expect a positive outcome from their pre-convention negotiations.

It’s not even that. They have yet to write the rules.
And according to this they write rules to support the nominee they want.

http://www.usnews.com/news/the-report/articles/2016-03-25/the-first-rule-of-the-republican-national-convention-there-arent-any-rules-yet

So no rules going into this and they can choose whomever they want and probably will, dumping Trump for sure and probably Cruz too.

What I have to ask is why anyone would enter this corrupt system to begin with, and who missed out on understanding it better from day one?
Of course it is a private group and they can do whatever they want.
Trump at least should have run independent initially since it was his own money. Now he no longer has that option.

And we will probably get Hillary.
Not sure my husband and I will ever bother voting again.
Possibly libertarian...

Except that it's a rigged game...The people who choose the delegates are tentacles of the RNC...There is no such thing as We The People in North Dakota...

Finally some common sense. Thanks.
