SuperPACs are, by definition and law, not part of the campaign.
Not his campaign so therefore he bears absolutley no responsibility.
Thanks for reminding me about when Ted Cruz says a candidate has to be responsible for his campaign. I remember FR was alive with histrionics from the Trump followers that Ted Cruz campaign was over because of that statement. Oops.

But that only applies when it’s related to his opponents campaigns! He’s not bound by such ethical strictures! Lyin’ Ted has a zipper problem! He evidently goes through life with an open fly!
