Not at all. Do you think the Democrat party wants Bernie as their candidate? A 70 year old socialist? He wasn’t even a Dem prior to the election? The super delegates prevent an outsider overtaking your party with an unfavorable candidate. Many of the super delegates are also elected officials. This adds accountability.
