The judge who wouldn’t even put it on the docket before was recently accused of sexual assault and I think left his position, so, yes, he’s probably on the list too.

Montgomery Blair Sibley was apparently fired by the DC Madam two weeks before her death, which came right before she was to testify. A lot of times, the attorney-client relationship is interfered with in these high-profile cases, especially the good cases..... It puts Sibley’s valid possession of the files in some question, and that is part of the reason for the gag order.

Saw a new video this morning - the judge who blocked the release back in 2007 has since resigned due to his own sex scandal.
