Of course he didn’t- but shhhh- let them look desperate when it’s clear Cruz did NOT say he would put the car in reverse and hit the gas and back over him- He simply said he didnt’ know which pedal He’d hit- hitting the brake is Not ‘backing over someone’ - but leave it to trump supporters to make a mountain over a molehill-
How they can jump from deciding to either ‘hitting the brakes, or hitting the gas’ to ‘intentionally threatening to run him over by backing over him’ is beyond me-
I guess it’;s now acceptable to take everythign otu of context and make up whatever crap we want to now about the opposition
