Anything made by hipsters in quantities of less than 30 kegs a year and with a stupid name.

“Craft Beer” is from small local breweries, sometimes in just one restaurant, making types of beer that you used to have to go to Europe to taste. Stouts, ales, heavy lagers, lambic beers, etc. The post Prohibition colored soda water that passed for beer is still available but people my son’s age won’t touch the stuff.
