Seems as though someone born in Saudi Arabia to an American citizen who never sets foot on American soil can qualify to run for the United States Presidency. Even though a person with this background would owe their allegiance to their home country Saudi Arabia. For what it's worth, I suspect there are plenty of NBCs born to liberals who already owe their allegience to places like Saudi Arabia (or, in the case of Bernie S, mother Russia).
