When we were a mostly rural society the killing of animals for food and other legitimate reasons was an normal fact of life.

Just your reaction of being sick because you ran over a small varmint.

Shows how far from are roots we have come.

What is going to happen when some thing real tragic happens.

Well you be able to function and save your life or someone else’s.

I have no qualms about killing animals for food. But that doesn’t mean we should be so callous about the lives of animals.
