You don’t have the right to grab someone’s arm and pull them in the direction you want them to go.


So how does this work for a private bodyguard, police, or the SS? Are they not allowed to touch anyone?

Self defense, including the defense of others is what allows body guards to use force. Police and soldiers have statutory exceptions allowing them to use force in certain situations, even if not a self defense situation. None of these exceptions apply in this case
