I don’t think they have enough kilo-tonnage to create a big emp. IF they fail with that one shot, then its lights out for them.
they’ll probably do a city and doubtful it will come on a missile, either in a container or on a commercial jet. if its iran that hits first then possible on an icbm.and the emp too.
