While I'm not entirely flip, the rhetorical question was not entirely serious either. Therefore, I was entitled to respond in a nonserious way which I did. A way designed to point out that Donald Trump's problems in the general election are of his own making and they come from his ill considered remarks and is even worse considered tweets.
If one wants to debate the seriousness of Trump's position I'm willing to do so but, please, no Trump supporter can win an argument which says the Trump supporters on this forum have led the way to intelligent debate.
My remark to the effect that Trump has got a big mouth and his tweets are causing them trouble are perfectly true and responsive to the context. One last note: the rhetorical question asked what Trump should do not what others should do and therefore my remark in no way should be construed to recommend that violence be done to Trump but that he control his own mouth and his own tweets.
I know but this episode has exposed the Cruz supporters as totally in the tank with the Democratmedia. Very instructive.
