You are extremely confused. According to that federal law, Lewandowski could get charged for breaking that law. It was he who interfered with the Federal law enforcement agent performing his duty. He has zero authority to play “insta secret service agent” when he so chooses.

Funny thing, SS isn’t charging Corey. Fields is, and it’s a misdemeanor charge.

False statement, because Corey Lewandowski was a member of the entourage and the event under the protection of the Secret Service. Furthermore, his credentials as a peace officer also obligated to coordinate his efforts with those of the Secret Service, whereas Fields was undeniably an interloper acting in defiance of the Secret Service warnings and Federal law.
