I agree with most of what you said. Let me put it another way: it was not spontaneous, it was pre-planned. I presume her tale is true, just looking at the details.
Earlier today, someone on FR posted a video interview with a former Trump Employee. She mentioned that people have no idea the kind things, and help Trump has generously given to people over the years.
He also does not talk about it. In fact, some of it is hard to find, esp. his support of St. Jude’s Childrens Research Hospital. That is all but completely hidden.
But by their works you should know them...

Mexican Ex-Employee tells SHOCKING TRUTH ABOUT DONALD TRUMP!I was at a Republican Council meeting at an El Torito in Manhattan Beach, and I met this woman there named Bianca that actually worked for DONALD TRUMP as his direct Executive Assistant (before she was promoted). She's Mexican American, and she was telling me quite candidly her experience working for him. I was shocked by what she was telling me about working directly with Trump, and asked if we could step outside and if she'd let me record her saying this on camera.
It took a bit of convincing as she was a bit shy, but she was very friendly and decided to do it.
I'm glad she got to share her views, you don't normally hear this on the news, or internet from someone with first hand experience working with Donald Trump.
Thank you tremendously Bianca for doing this video, it means a lot to us.
