You say he denied it, but surely you understand why? Ever rode a subway or walked down say 5th avenue? You pass hundreds of people per minute. One of them later tweets that you assaulted them. Can you remember or do you deny it?

Look, the reporterette gets too close to Trump for Lewandowski’s druthers (who was safe spacey there?). He takes her by the arm to intercede. Rightly or wrongly, she cries foul and asks for an apology. Pride gets in the way and he denies that he’s done anything wrong, never even touched her, doesn’t know what she’s talking about — instead of simply taking the high road and saying, “Oh did I? Wow, sorry. You okay?” You know...the behavior you might expect out of a presidential campaign. But no, mustn’t do that while he, his boss and all his followers are waging war on the MSM. Now the whole thing becomes a big to-do (again, rightly or wrongly) and all that’s left to do is to “stand by your guy”, point out (again) how the media is out to sink Trump and do everything in your power to make sure the picture of this reporterette is as discrediting as possible. And all this happens during the same week when Trump stumbles over a women’s issue - abortion, where once more he shoots from the lip this time saying, “Yes, women who receive an abortion should be punished.” This brings up another firestorm that has to be brought under control because Mr. Terrific decides he doesn’t need to “sound rehearsed” (his acolytes love this about him). He simply goes on Matthews’ show (the lion’s den for any conservative) and gives more refreshing, spontaneous responses because he’s so smart that he doesn’t need to prepare. More pride.
