I am of the opinion that it is time for a Constitutional amendment that:

- prohibits non-Citizens from voting in Federal elections
- prohibits any citizen who is either currently incarcerated or out on probation from voting in federal elections
- prohibits any citizen who has ever been convicted of treason, sedition or vote fraud from voting in federal elections
- requires the States to maintain separate federal voting rolls
- requires proof of citizenship and residence from the citizen in order to be added to a State maintained Federal voting roll.
- requires the citizen to request to be added to the voting roll and disallows any automatic voter registration of any kind.
- requires proof of identification at the time of voting
- requires the purge of all voters from all voting rolls 30 days after a Presidential election
- Require the Citizen to be registered only in their state of residence and Empower Congress to make it a voter fraud felony to be registered in more than one state at a time.
- empowers Congress to establish a means to verify voter rolls from each state.

Very good idea but you know people like Obama and Soros would never allow it because they’re be found out.
