You verse you quoted did not come until the very end of the serpent story when God was handing out the punishment for disobeying him. Read the entire chapter before your verse.

It is if this is some bizarre episode of the Twilight Zone. Freeper's with Bible verses in their tag lines acting like wicked jackals breathlessly passing baseless slander and gossip. The one you responded to ( a women no less) defending a women posing naked a men's magazines for money, quoting Bible verses to show that is ok and you are the one with the problem because you say otherwise. You can't make this stuff up. No one would believe you.
