And there is the problem. We all know that. Ted knows that.

If you want to run as a republican courting the religious right, you don’t do it knowing you have and affair to hide.

Maybe Heidi is canceling all her events because she just found out. I prefer to think it’s that she’s an accomplished enough woman and self confident enough that she kicks his butt to the curb.

If he had just come out and said, "You know, Heidi and I have had out troubles in the past, and that's between us. It's none of your business" I could have lived with that.

That would have been FAR preferable to this Trump-blaming tactic. And nothing could be worse than hiding behind Carly's skirts.

Ted, if your screwed up, own it. Move on.

Ted's problem is that he has sold himself to the "holier than thou" crowd, and that has really put him in a box.

I'm a regular guy, and I could overlook an infidelity. But I can't overlook his unmanly response.
