I am not convinced yet. However, I will say, Capitol Hill culture has a strong undercurrent of a) Many single, available young women working, some sooo very attractive and intelligent to boot. b) Many of them entranced with political power and thus political groupies, who would throw themselves at the feet of "superstar" pols up there. c) Long hours and lots of stress and weak moments for male legislators, some single, many married.
Its a rather volatile mix up there.
