You'd be surprised to discover how many young people think it's perfectly fine for a man to walk into a female locker/dressing room. Even on sports forums that belief is prevalent.

They profess to believe in the "rights" of transgender people, but I'll bet the great majority of these mentally confused transgender people are biological males.

I haven't read any stories of biological females claiming to be males and wanting to use male locker rooms. But no doubt, that will happen as well.
