So you speak for God? All save one of the apostles were martyred, and martyrdom is not unfamiliar with Christians.
Jesus did not say to go into all the world except Muslim countries. The Gospel is for every nation, language, and ethnicity.
Further, all of the Muslim countries were formerly something other than Muslim. Islam is spreading. Do you intend to suggest Christians must leave every predominately Muslim country?
Where should Christians in Muslim countries go? How about natives of these countries who have converted?
The priesthood, however, is not a job— with “business being in a Muslim country”.
A priest is a shepherd of a people, with a rod to defend his flock and a staff to pull them from harm on the path and the cliffs. He does not duck out on them, leaving them helpless and without succor in either case, in the face of genocide.
Those of us who walk with Jesus go where we are told to go, and do what we are told to do. Fr. Thomas Uzzunnalil obviously was doing what Jesus told him to do.
Revelation 6
9 When He opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain for the word of God and for the testimony which they held.
10 And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, until You judge and avenge our blood on those who dwell on the earth?
11 Then a white robe was given to each of them; and it was said to them that they should rest a little while longer, until both the number of their fellow servants and their brethren, who would be killed as they were, was completed.

Revelation 22
12 And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work.
13 I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last.
14 Blessed are those who do His commandments, that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter through the gates into the city.
15 But outside are dogs and sorcerers and sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and whoever loves and practices a lie.
16 I, Jesus, have sent My angel to testify to you these things in the churches. I am the Root and the Offspring of David, the Bright and Morning Star.
17 And the Spirit and the bride say, Come! And let him who hears say, Come! And let him who thirsts come. Whoever desires, let him take the water of life freely.

I agree. In fact one could argue that one of the best mission opportunities is right here in the USA.
Everyone needs saving.
While muslim countries are not anywhere near the top of my favorite countries list, if someone feels called to go and minister there to try to reach them for Christ, more power to them.
Don't forget, every muslim converted is one less terrorist or potential terrorist.
The practical benefits of someone who is trying to kill you getting saved is far greater than a nice person who isn't trying to kill you getting saved.
And honestly, spiritual warfare is real. So yeah, that could be considered part of an invasion force, just not on the worldly level.
Wrong answer!!!
.....Until we end up having Muslim-based violence ending up happening in this country.
