Regardless of whether Stone planted the story originally, he unquestionably has been spreading it, and trying to give it credibility by saying it is true. It's just as slimy to be spreading it and vouching for its accuracy as it would be to have planted it in the first place.
And I can't believe that even has to be pointed out. Cruz is a public figure so his chances of suing successfully for liable are miniscule anyway. There's no point in it and it would just draw more attention to it anyway. But if suing was practical, Stone's comments would make him equally guilty of "republication" of libel as if he'd planted it in the first place.
Maybe by the rules......too bad he has no ethics.
They are rigging the votes in the states to avoid the convention meltdown .. the Utah results were beyond obvious that it was rigged ...they didn’t get the memo in Utah that if you rig it , don’t make it obvious ...the raw vote totals made it quite obvious that it was a total rig job ...
